• We ship anywhere in the 48 contiguous United States via FedEx ground. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout. Shipping charges are included in the price listed on the product page. The actual shipping costs are based on where the item is going, its size and weight. These are actual costs that we absorb. Please be aware that if you return an item you will have to do so at your expense.
• Most products are shipped within 2 business days after you place your order. Shipping time varies based on which product is ordered and where in the country it is being shipped. Your purchase should arrive within one to three weeks from the time you place your order. Our products are shipped from Mira Loma, California.
Sales tax will be calculated for all products shipped to or within California only. That amount is not indicated on the product page but will be added to your order at checkout.
• If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise, you may return it at your expense in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Most of our products include Free Shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The original out-going shipping charges will not be refunded and 25% restocking fees may be assessed depending on the item and its condition upon arrival at our warehouse.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE without first obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us. This number must be placed on the package along with the address. Please do not return merchandise to our corporate office in Ojai, CA. Authorized returns should be shipped to:

• Venture Horizon makes every effort to provide high quality images to assist you in selecting your item. However, images may vary in color depending on your monitor color settings. Also images can vary on the web from how the actual item appears in your home depending on natural or artificial lighting. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order please call or email Venture Horizon as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped. If an order is cancelled after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges and possible restocking fees.
Venture Horizon utilizes superior shipping carton materials. We also take great caution in how we package and ship our products. Occasionally, in spite of our best efforts damage may occur.
BOXES RECEIVED WITH DAMAGE
If you receive a damaged item or are missing parts, contact our Customer Service Department at 888.777.8250 or send an email to email@example.com within 5 business days of delivery for further instructions. Please keep all original packing materials and cartons available for repacking a return if that becomes necessary. We will make every effort to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. You will need to identify the damaged parts by referencing the part number and description in the assembly instructions. We recognize getting you a replacement part is a priority. All parts orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and will be shipped at no charge via FedEx Ground or U.S.Mail. Ground shipments typically take 5-7 business days to arrive once they leave our facility. A tracking number can be sent on request.
REFUSING A DELIVERY
DO NOT refuse delivery or send products back without first getting a Return Authorization Number (RA #) from Venture Horizon Store. If you do not follow this procedure when returning an item, you will likely encounter difficulty with replacements or credits.
